Need more help on how to play!

This app looks FABULOUS and seems to have the potential to be a much better Risk-style game than any other out there. However, the tutorial doesnt tell you everything you need to know to play the game and play it well. Also, there is no further details on their website and no way to contact support. And what little info there is is written in choppy English and is hard to understand in some places.
